Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Orders may be delayed during high-volume periods, but we aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (ingestible supplements), we do not accept returns of opened items.
We offer the following:
- Unopened products: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery
- Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, your order may already be in processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
